I was reading the IGN review and a line caught my eye

Your old character's corpse -- gear and all -- stays in the game world until natural decay removes it, someone buries it or it is otherwise disposed of...

Can we, as HnH players, have a preview of that feature implemented in the game? :D Maybe i'm wrong, maybe not..but i don't care if it has no LP gain involved or something like that..Just the fact of being able to bury corpses seems like a good addition. I also would like to bury animals.. In world 3 i wanted to bury my first cow

I support burials, as well as constructing tombs, sepulchers, and mausoleums. That'd be so cool.

And Necromancy! I would never play a necromancer (at least if I am bored and in wish to try something new, but it would definately be a great experience for hundreds and hundreds of players).

Grave robbers who dig out men with phat lewt on them :) Or an ability to bury some of your treasure so you can hide it for a while or use it for your RP needs (making a treasure map etc). Wheb buried - does not decay.

Also, players organizing funeral for their friends could be nice. Costly, but some good memories etc. (less likely to happen, just an idea though)

Still we loom in the mists as the ages roll away
And we say of our folk, "they are here!"
That they built us and they died and you'll not be knowing why
Save we stand on the bare plains of Wiltshire

The issue I can see with necromancy would be that NPCs would have to be made and that'd be a no-no for the developers. If necromancy served as an alternative to ancestor worship, though, that could be interesting.

No! We should have Necrophilia! Dead bodies and skeletons make your happiness go up! Like... way up. Lol.

You won't be saying that in a week or two when you realize how many abandoned homes there are. A 30 second boat ride south of my village literally bring you to the ghetto. There's abandoned claims everywhere with the occasional newb taking things and raiders patrolling. It reminds me of Detroit.

Shit I'll be happy for the ability to just play H&H and not wait 6+ hours for server restart but HEY :ugeek:

NPC's? Why? Don't see the need of them here, however in my big post I've suggested them but for far other needs, but I won't complain if they won't add them.

Salem looks nice, but it's also good to hear that you're also working on H&H still

Haven and hearth ftw! :)
