Hermitting is a bunch of fun! You could also try hermitting in group. Everyone takes care of their own supplies but you can easily help each other out by trading and such :D

Trading with neighbours? Most people hate their neighbours and build a ton of walls around their property to keep them away.. and if one of your neighbours shows up and gets closer you start to aim this also applies to haven! :D

Lol, if you make an effort to befriend your neighbours as they arrive you'll find you end up with a nice little community within a community - if a group decides they would rather play rough then you have the means to remove them. :)

I'm joining forces in hafen and we have a lovely little group, if no-one wants you Potjeh you are always welcome in ours. Lol. :D

I kind of consider myself a citizen "in exile" of Emerald City. I'll pop in and live there for a little while at some point. I'm like that teenage, drug addicted son who shows up and stays at the parents house long enough to get a little food and cop some money either through begging or theft, then off I go back into the long night......

Until one of the hermits steals something and the people they stole from kill all of the hermits. I've been killed for the actions of a neighbor I was friendly with before.

Hehe. But, at least you have a home when you do play, or so it seems from reading your post.

This world I have met an unusually large amount of people that are probably still searching for just the right spot, months later.

Also seeing as this seems to be an extension or as it was put progression of the earlier game to this should we expect the same sort of skill progress, combat and other things like mining, tree planting, smelting and item quality formulas to be the same? Or will things be tweaked a bit seeing s there are now more tools(?) available to ye.

plz respond or point me in already answered direction

Depends on what you consider "the same", I guess. A lot of things will certainly not be "identical"; but it's not as if there aren't many similarities in spirit.

You cryptic bastard. Do you write poetry? I would very much like to read some.
