I think what Grog is trying to introduce to a majority large world with no teleportation and world 3 size is logistic. It is to make it that it takes more effort to wage battles that is further from your homehand. Building an outpost would be a very long process as well and World 3 would end up making this unbearable and I believe that world 5 size would be sufficient enough for now..
