Simple, whoever prefers a small world can just go to the center. Makes no difference in the end. At least in a big world you get to make your decision.

OK, Uolder Rivers, you know better. But there is truth in his words.
He want to live free, absolutely. It's his right.
And you want to make game as you imagine. And in your world he have not any possibility of this right.

I want a large world, i want my freedom, i don't want to bump onto other people every minute, i don't want to be obliged to play like a fool, with anxiety over getting the best items the faster so i "pwn joo".
I want a peaceful, laid back style of playing, far away from people like you which are infact more narrow minded than the ones they ironically call narrow minded, hunting, farming, exploring the wilds, gathering my herbies and having a blast my way.

When did I once say that this playstyle wasn't acceptable? I don't think you understand how big the current world actually is, even before the added supergrids.

What I am recommending is a smaller world with your style of play in mind and the more player-interaction oriented one in mind.

I have no quarrel with you having fun in some single player-esque style of play, but I will be damned before I agree to keeping this current world size, or even bigger. I am all for hearing other people's opinions and if they are logical and with reason then of course I can be swayed just as much as anyone else.

So before you jump to the conclusion that I have a one-track mind, please consider the fact the way I want to play, and the way you want to play, are both perfectly valid styles and neither one should be denied. I am simply trying to state my case that this current world size was way too large for the current player base.

I am more than happy to agree to a compromise if someone can manage to state it more calmly and with some good reasoning. Unlike what I have seen so far.

Basically the current world size favours more Nicator's playstyle than Kaios.

Yes. This is usually what a "server wipe" consists of. All stats, players, ancestors, items, etc will be completely erased.
