It strikes me that I might not have been clear enough on that point. The current maps will never transform into non-blank regional maps outside the RoB supergrid, because even when the minimap generator is done generating regional maps for those, the maps you've made now will contain historical data that still does not have corresponding regional maps. You'll need to update those once the minimap generator is complete in order to get functional regional maps. Sorry 'bout that.

The minimap generator is running now, but it will probably take some time to be done with a complete remap (I should rewrite it in something other than Python, really). I'll tell you when it's done.

Looks like I gotta go semi-raid the grassland nearest me for some cow-hides now...

And find some chicken. My area is completely devoid of livestock other than the occasional rabbit.

The Cartography skill seems to have been misspelled as Cartogrpahy in the skill list.

Yes, Jorb knows that he sucks. :) It will be fixed the next time the server is restarted.

Yay, swimming toggle! Finally I can buy the skill.

Anyway, great update with cartography. Shame it only works on main grid ATM, but I take it it won't take long to get it working on other grids. While you're updating these grids, any chance of fixing the caves? I've heard (haven't seen for myself) that all caves outside the main grid are bugged.

Loftar has already fixed the caves, and I'm mapping out Deep Mordor territory as we speak.

One minor suggestion: When mapping a local area, I look at the map I've made so far frequently. I use a hotkey for this, but the hotkey can't close it. It would make things a lot easier if it could.

I told Loftar precisely that, but the lazy gnome would have none of it.
