Then why have multi-FEP foods in the game at all, especially considering the difficulty of making some of them? Pancakes are all but worthless.

Lets just hope they finally revamp the fep system.

:x ok now im affraid to logg in at all, i cant remember if i was a little in to starving on my char when i logged out last night.

To be honest WTF?, mankind has incredible bodys and can actually starve for months at a time as loong as they have water.
This is so far in to unrealistic as it can be, if you can go from very hungry to sudden death within a min in to starving? ehm what where you thinking?

infact, very hungry or starving was most probably more of a normal state then beeing well feed as a farmer in the medieval time.

Reethink this please.

ill just have to play something else tonight until this is fixed, no point to logg in and die for no sane reason. :?

It was highly exploitable. The way loftar fixed it might not be the best way, in fact a minor adjustion would have been sufficient I guess. So people wouldn't have had to die because of a bug.

Proposal: put down the server, resurrect the characters dead due of this change, put all the characters at the "full" hunger state, and then restart the server.
As now, people may die at the log on, simply because we couldn't imagine this change.

You only take ridiculous damage at 0% starving.

I wouldn't take too many chances though, you're not supposed to take THAT much damage at 0% either...

In what way was it exploitable? you still needed to eat at the starving point since you slowley took damage and could not heal during the starving phase. One also needed to eat more to even fill it up so its not like you where avoiding the amount of food needed, nor avoid a certen death if you ignored it for too loong, basically it was never a phase you wanted to be in, so how was it exploitable?

it can easily happen during heavy work with plow or digging to suddenley find yourself in the starving phase quite quickley with the hunger rate that is atm, and what is the point in even having a full bar of starving if you will die within the first min of the starving bar. No what bothers me the most is the fact of death within a min in to starving is just completley unrealistic simple as that, the human body does not work that way.

I would rather suggest keeping the same damage rate that was before but in addition making you preform worse during the starving phase would be more realistic, maby it would force you in to crawling or make the ourglass slower so that every task you do takes a lot loonger or something like that, that will most certenley make people get out of starving fast. If you can think of better suggestions please do.

Gauze, you couldn't die while wearing one. So you didn't need to eat at all. Now I hear there are bad, bad persons out there using macros. With a gauze on you could go on holidays and leave your computer running for 24/7...
