My game becomes unresponsive for 5-10 seconds, about every 15 seconds...my character just started to run in place whenever this happens and anything I click on/do during these freezes happens after its over. I've got a pretty decent laptop, so I'm guessing its some problem with the server.

yeahhhh I did that. Just the pages I happened to check didn't mention anything about it

This lag is unbearable, can't even walk around. Is there anything we can do to help the developers? I can donate a few hundred dollars if it will help you to improve the server hardware, and thus provide better gameplay.
