Uhm, I thought I saw a little announcement that the game was being purposefully taken down....something about "Santa Clause". :)

Where to dump this ... online client, server tread it is.

* Default (online) client refuges to start.
- server is up.
- java cache filled with whatever HnH files where active two days ago.
* removing the 3 jogl recourses with java-cache manager. (jogl.jar, jogl.jnlp, jogl-natives-windows-i586.jar)
* trying again.
- client startup ... auto download kicks in ... console pups up ... client continues like normal.
- checking date on newly downloaded jogl files ... no change (content wise to) ... ??? ... well, its your bandwidth.
- client final done with initial loading ... counting 400+ additional res files. (on top of default haven-res)(seems somewhat related to how long it take before the client becomes responsive again after the first character login.)

It's taking FOREVER to sign on to the game with 448 people already in it.. My authentication token apparently expires before I am able to connect.

Is anyone else having FPS issues recently as of today? I've tried 3 clients and get less than 1 FPS in 2 clients. ran the normal client using the play button it updates and logged in and it was all fine. So I went back to a modified client and it's still lagging...

A couple of people were saying they were lagging like crazy today but everything was alright for me

gilbertus client seems to have the issue ocasionially but teleporting to another location seems to reset it to normal FPS. Anthclient i can't do anything on even get the 1 FPS at the login/charactor select screen.

Anth client is what I use and I don't have any problems at the moment with fps

well seems to be working fine now so i dunno maybe they were doing something on the server O_o
