If you got a friend in a village, have them invite you and teleport out. Leave your hearth tho, you got a cave that only you can reach then. Official statement was those lands now don't exist and won't same as lands on the edge of the map.

Seems everything above ground is operating as intended, but I can no longer enter the cave on my claim, or the minehole on the other side of my village... guess I'll be looking for metal elsewhere...
