I logged in, clicked to go up the stairs and server crashed.

i don't like to speculate as to why the server crashes, there are too many reasons to guess the possible correct reason...

but i will say that before the HDD replacement we were pretty much crash free for weeks with the old one...

still, its saturday night, and the cows are fed, so i guess its film night for me. and hope that the 'problem' is just a dodgy weekend.

Most Operating Systems can rollback to some point. Try loading system backup.

DiD they do a roll back? Cause my crops where ready for harvest which is what I was doing and now they are half grown again....
I am also missing some mushrooms, But I was thinking they might of spoiled and vanished out of my box??
