Server issues: New server

Was there an rollback? Because i would like to know if i have to begin a new character, or will it be fixed?

i trully belive most of them using miserable providers with 1-2 world ip, so there are in fact a lot more of them.

server crashed a few minutes ago.

The server gets crashing all the time... Nothing can be done to fix this really?
