Which reminds me, how is the revamp's progress going?

thanks for the update, jorb and loftar.

jorb wrote:Dead player objects ("bodies", to you simple folk) can be destroyed as soon as their players are logged out. A blood spurt animation indicates if the player is still logged in.

it is for the fix, and i understand, but i hate to see that the dead ones inherited chars now have almost no chance of retrieving their stuff and their own ancestors skull. any passer-by can destroy the dead ones body to take everything. i mean, before, if you happen to die by a bear or a boar, sometimes even by pk, you could time and go back to your own body to retrieve your items and your own skull later.
i hope that destroying someone's body would at least leave some decent scents for the inherited so he or his friend could track for his own skull?

*edit*
oh wait, "log out", you mean, the account logged in/out on the client?

Fixed another version of the bugram 'sploit.

would you mind if i ask what the 'sploit was?

Alas, we cannot have nice things.

I don't consider it restrictive at all. I leave half built house signposts everywhere as is anyway.

Not much point initially having an undefendable house so now maybe noobs will get the house going then build their pallisade immediately or as soon as possible. Sadly, this change doesn't remove the house Ainran built in front of my gate but at least they can;t use it as easily against others now.

they only removed the HHP from destroying contruction signs so people can;t mass build walls of signs you have to kill yourself removing.

I think there was a exploit where you could damage the ram to like 99% and then repair and it would take 6h to dry instead of 24h
