I might do something like this with the one stipulation that you should be expected to be griefed--by both outsiders picking on the disorganized noobs and people sneaking in and sabotaging things after joining.

The bad part about Brodgar was getting people to replant trees and needing to walk out of town 15 min to get wood.

oh yes - one of the first tasks some ppl should be appointed to is replanting trees ... it's like in RL: wasting resources without caring for future needs
