Like you have never used a bug...

Like 99% of the hnh population who used the Fuel bug / Tanning bug........ amirite?

The tanniong thing is a bug fix, or rather a workaround to another bug, so... I'd say that doesn't count. ;)

No idea why the thing with the fuel is still there, though. Steel crucibles work correctly.

Any chance we can get an update on the issues with server stability since the big crash?

Any ideas?

Also, I am certain this has been asked before, but a little time has passed. Is there any indication as to whether the "nuked" areas will ever be restored?

The coords loftar posted didnt seem to line up with the coords alg uses. The areas your trying to get to probably were nuked though. There doesnt seem to be plans to restore the nuked areas in the near future, of course only loftar knows the awnser to that question for sure though.

They do line up ... well kinda. There using different Cell scale's ... and there is a little additional offset difference. But other than that ...

Lof: is using 1000x1000 cells. => Coordinate range: (N/W) [-12..0..12] (S/E) = (25 parts of 1k = 25k)
Alg: is using 100x100 cells. => Coordinate range: (N/W) [-124..0..125] (S/E) = (250 parts of 0.1k = 25k)

So Loftar's (0, 0) == Alg's ((-4,-4)..(+5,+5)) Cell's/Area match, or ((-4,-4)..(+6,+6)) Cell's/Border match.

Alright then, the grid sections along the border have been eliminated as well. Stinks. Lost my whole mining operation, the nice little cave on my claim, and a few of my favorite hunting/foraging spots.

Yet, I continue to spend vast amounts of time on this game. I think I'm rightly a little annoyed, but I still enjoy the hell out of it. Jorb and Loftar have got a damn good little game going here and I know I'll be playing until WX, but any response from them on the likelyhood of restoring the nuked areas would be greatly appreciated.

If they have time...

Or even know...

Hell, time to harvest my carrots again.

No, edge tiles are okay, but the buffer zone have been increased all over the map, to make a nukeland trespassing protection more reliable.
Those buffer areas at the edges are using the same mechanics which were used on quarantine zones, soo here it is - a little edge shrink.

Aha, borders moved. thanks.
Any info on there new size of the NoGo-zone around the nuked tiles.

And wile I'm at it, if available, is the world-side NoGo-zone the same size as the NoGo-zone of nuked-tiles. Or has it a different size.
(so I can include them in ... )
