He got banned for a week or something and started creating a bunch of alts and spamming/shit posting and the ban was increased, ad infinitum until perm banned.

Started with harassing users, unapologetically lying about, and acting like it was their fault for him harassing them.
Escalated and he got a ban, started ban evading.
A deal was cut where he could have a fresh start on a new account if he just waited through his ban.
Immediately ban evades, told not to.
Immediately ban evades again and is banned on multiple accounts now.
He continues to alt-spam via proxy to ban evade and post bestiality and such.
It is revealed that he has been shitposting as most of the proxy-alts that have been permabanned for their content in the past as he recycles their proxies.
As he continues to ~cleverly~ ban evade with different proxies, more and more past actions are revealed and documented.
For the sake of convenience his posts are simply deleted rather than Hel'd, as this guy has been responsible for more of the forum's problems than the next top ten worst offenders combined. (Edit: At least one of the next top 10 is him too, so there's that) Exceptions being when he used a novel proxy so that it could be documented for easier future detection.
Goes to skype and possibly other forms of communication to seek sympathy and support. Edit: Also to continue harassing users apparently. Forgot about that.
At this point no moderator or dev is willing to give it to him though.

That's the quick run through. I'm positive that I'm forgetting a good deal of the reasons he was banned for but that's plenty.

Unban him and give him 1 post per week limit, so he can spend it on his usual pointless answers.

Requests to unban low gets brought up more than they should. People hear his ban was because of spam and I get pms about it from fearful individuals more often than I should. I should never even get a single poster afraid of being banned for poor posts, let alone multiple. This forum is not a hugbox where you'll be banned relentlessly for having a dissenting opinion and I don't want anyone to feel like it is. So that's why.
