I wonder if our characters will have penises this time.

Even the women will have penises.

Ok this question might have been answered before but searching for a while did not yield any definite answer.

Will Hafen 2.0 client be made in Java? If so, how similar will it be in architecture as the original game? Also will it be open source (I believe this has been answered as 'yes')?

I'm asking because I'd love to mod the shit out of it but I'm a Java guy :P

Reporting in for the glorious Melsonia
Morpheus: I imagine that right now, you're feeling a bit like Alice. Hmm? Tumbling down the rabbit hole?
Neo: You could say that.
Morpheus: I see it in your eyes. You have the look of a man who accepts what he sees because he is expecting to wake up. Ironically, that's not far from the truth. Do you believe in fate, Neo?
Neo: No.

There's generally a safety period in beginning of world. The race to Rage and Murder does take some time after all. That's not saying that they can't kill you plenty of other ways.

Yes, try not to remind me of the terrible grind.. I would like to give the update a chance... I personally would like to see things be a little easier, you take away the grind somewhat and that prevents some need for people to bot and run alts like crazy.

I mean if you realistically look at it, you don't get much with even 100 hours of work... just to run across a party in boats going around killing people like the little trolls they are. Even if the amount of time was cut in half, it would make the game more enjoyable to newer players to actually stick around - some people don't like spending 12 hours figuring out a game and getting somewhat good at what they wanna do, just to end up cooking some fox meat outside and some random player walking up and attacking them...

Some of us like the Early World grind. I happen to get a rush out of the initial build that generally dies off around the mid world lull, and I've been there for a few End Game settings, and haven't enjoyed them as much as that initial rush to find and fortify the best, get powerful enough to defend it, and to take the world for all you can. That parts the most fun for me.
