The bling quality is, in general, calculated solely from your skill values in Psyche and Smithing (the geometric average of them again, mind you). The exceptions are the monocles and spectacles, which have crafting inputs that actually have quality, so they are calculated normally.

Of course, by commenting like that you are obviously the most likely person to have been "gold". Most likely, you thought that someone commenting on his own sock's behavior would be so obvious that anyone would discount it, thus making it the perfect disguise. Like someone getting a file into a prison via cake, because the guards assume that nobody would try such a cliched escape attempt.

In summary, Bajuba has gold! GET 'IM!
Surprise.

More specifically, "skill" should be relevant to the material in question; like when Identifying quality of seeds, the Farming skill should be taken account for, Survival for herbs/hunting products, and so on.

When I say farming has been nerfed from MAXQL = farming + 50 without any reduction to MAXQL = farming with reduction then I mean that, instead of assuming I didn't read the OP and that I'm too stupid to see a + sign after the QL number ingame, because both of these things aren't the case here.

Thank you and have a nice day ^^.

Then why did you need to ask what the perception change was?

I too, see this as a problem

This however, just becomes people who chose to skyrocket some stats on the cost of others.

Changing the attr. in question to int would mostly fix the first problem, but sadly also make it somewhat easier for the second group.
