Server Issues: Crashes, Lag, Restarts, Rollbacks

And crashed again...
Is there no script or something that would automaticaly restart the server?
Is there rly no other little faster server, coz it seem that there is lag when 200+ ppl on and almost unplayable on 300+.
Make it 0,5€ or 1€ sub per month or something, make it playable. Also server is crashing too much, few days ago it was stable and now 2 days sucks.
I know it's not so easy to make it stable, it's expensive to make it faster, but where is will there is power! This game has nice community, nice concept of gameplay and I doubt there is nothing that can be done about performance and stability.
Is there any possible way to put on 2 or maybe 3 different "realms"? Put out some server apps so we can make our private servers?

Server doesn't auto restart because loftar needs to check for errors and stuff to prevent rollbacks. If they made it cost to play that would be income and since they are college students they could lose their funding and stuff.

There is a new server at the end of this month so its just a matter of waiting.

They have a donate button, feel free to give them as much money as you want.... Subscription fees are a bad idea for something still in alpha.

After last crash and restart I can't login using any client! Oficial from top banner, or client from Pacho, does not have a difference.
The error message is "Could not locate server". Please help!

if you're holding an item and then the server crashes (like, you left clicked it and are about to set it somewhere) will it disappear or be placed back where you were holding it?

No idea. As for me, sometimes such items were in my inventory, sometimes on my cursor, when i was logging on, sometimes they just dissapear.
