Guys chill out. Yes people think the slings damage is broken but not worth fighting over. Anyway I'm doing a conversion over to a Wooden bow. Aim's pretty good for me.

Listen I don't like this whole update, but please at least if you want us to embrace it, fix quivers.

The rest of the crap the troll posted, don't care.

Best bow I can make atm is around q350, enough to almost 1hko a bear. A bit slower than a sling, no backpack is annoying (Please let us equip backpack AND that? :( )

Anyways, I don't mind the sling nerf actually. A really good slinger, in real life, could take down a good number of things, but it has nothing to do with sling quality, it has to do with skill. hell, I wish we could get those slings on sticks, that would be a good way to go with ranged combat. maybe bridge the new gap between slings and bows. A good strategy ive found is to mix your combat styles. use your sling to lure an animal into a pen or close it into a gate, hammer it till its ready to run, finish it off with UA or melee. Ive killed 2 boars in the last 30-sumthin minutes this way, and a fox.

a basic compsite bow user would own even the best of slingers

We're talking in terms of hunting, not PvP as both are useless in PvP against most armor. The quiver issue is a bit of a pain but once that is resolved, then hunting should be a bit more viable.
