I think the real problem is that people never cared about their perception and now that they need it they want it fast in an easy way. Change your diet, you only need like 40 perception to see most ql levels. (blaze is screwed though with his 200+ bones)
The ones who see things differently.

You can praise them, disagree with them, quote them, disbelieve them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them.
And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius.

More specifically, "skill" should be relevant to the material in question; like when Identifying quality of seeds, the Farming skill should be taken account for, Survival for herbs/hunting products, and so on.

hey this is a good idea

No, this would be a problem regardless of the stat used, It would be a piece of bad design regardless of how it affects me.
When Jorb was asking about nerfing items, I suggested QL levels that would affect items I had because I care more about proper design than I do about getting ahead.

Is it still possible to get gold bars from the smelter? Has the chance to get a bar decreased? All I seem to be getting are nuggets, I am getting getting them at regular intervals though.

When I say farming has been nerfed from MAXQL = farming + 50 without any reduction to MAXQL = farming with reduction then I mean that, instead of assuming I didn't read the OP and that I'm too stupid to see a + sign after the QL number ingame, because both of these things aren't the case here.

Thank you and have a nice day ^^.

Then why did you need to ask what the perception change was?

g1real wrote:What new perception feature are you talking about?

:o

Because I assumed you were smart enough to not try to suggest that I'm too stupid to notice the + sign after the QL (if that had been the problem), so thats why I asked about what you were talking about because it possible couldn't be you suggesting that i'm too stupid to notice the + sign after the QL (if that had been the problem).

its really annoying and makes it hard on noobs

I too, see this as a problem

or people who have decent stats... except for

This however, just becomes people who chose to skyrocket some stats on the cost of others.

Changing the attr. in question to int would mostly fix the first problem, but sadly also make it somewhat easier for the second group.

INT?

BWAHAHAHAHA.

Perception is a thousand times easier to get to int man.

Fish is easy to get, and you get int only from it.

Doesn't it give only 2 int FEP? You'll be happy later on having all that Int when you get an 100+ FEP bar.
