If you look up your own local timezone, any given source will almost certainly specify it in terms of UTC.

There, the disk has finally been replaced, and I'm running RAID recovery. You can check the front page to check its status. Let's see how the disk holds up.

If it doesn't seem to go horribly awry, I'll start doing the account migration simultaneously.

While it doesn't seem to be going horribly awry (yet, at least), it seems I'll have to wait with the migration until the resync is done anyway, since doing it slows down the resync to a trickle, and getting the data properly copied seems more important.
