i like camera modes, but fullscreen is only 800x600 for ALL monitors (wide/4:3/16:9) and picture usually disproportional

I'm loving The Predictor for traveling, but I have to change back to Freestyle for farming and similar activities. It would be nice to have hotbuttons for easily switching between the two.

Since Jorb is out and PARTYING HIS HEAD OFF, it falls upon me to write the update post.

This week, we're giving you not so much general stuff as the past few weeks, but rather a very specific piece of stuff; the wagons Jorb posted pictures of a while ago have been added. The exact specifications that the wagons should have is still a bit in flux, but here's how they work right now:

Leash a cow, then right-click the wagon and to leash the cow to it. The driver (who will need the same skill required for building the wagon) will then be able to steer the cow, and the wagon will follow it.

The wagons do not currently, as has been discussed, have any internal claiming mechanic like the leantos or vending stands do. For now, it seemed kind of unnecessary, seeing how one can easily carry around enough dreams and dreamcatchers in it to claim the area whenever one stops for any longer period. I'm perfectly ready to rethink this decision, however; but I will completely ignore any proposed non-Havenesque claim mechanics. :) They soak 15 points of damage, however.

It should be perfectly safe to log out in the wagon, for either the driver or any of the five passengers. The wagon can take 20 carryables and has an 8x8 inventory for normal items. The carts and other carryable-containers have been updated to keep track of the position of the carryables inside their "inventory".

You'll need new clients, mind you.

Oh, and there's an actual options window. Or rather, there's a button for it now. The window itself has been around for a little while.

Enjoy!

Lol at "It's pantastic!"

Quick question. Although I can enter fullscreen now is there any way in which I can do fullscreen while still maintaining other things. As in, running something over haven such as a messenger so that I don't have to minimize haven every time i talk to someone?

Might be best asked in a seperate thread..

Finally finished building a wagon myself...20 object slots, 64 inventory slots. Will the cows eat food from the inventory?
At any rate that's a very nice amount of space. Hauling 20 logs per trip instead of 4 will save a ton of tedium.

can wagons and cows be transferred from 1 island to the next now? because cows and carts could not be.

Well, wagons do not fit through fence gates. Worse, if you try to take a wagon through a gate, the cow gets stuck on the outside with no way to retrieve him or get through the gate unless you have a back door to your village. So yeah, don't try it.

This is quite disappointing as we will have to leave wagons outside our gates in order to make use of them, leaving them vulnerable to scavengers.
