Cellar cheese is "cellar cheddar".

Another question:
If I take the cheese somewhere and set it up for another change somewhere else. Will it be eligible for another change if I place it back to an area where it already fermented once?

Shorter version: If I do Outside -> Mine -> Outside, will it still ferment?
You see a masterful engraving by Blaze. On it is Blaze, bears, boars, and foxes. Blaze is striking down the bears. The boars are screaming. The foxes are in a fetal position. The image relates to the return of Blaze in the late winter of 2009.

This was yesterday, right before the crash, and in the morning, but I could swear the AGI:CHA ratio looked like it was much more 8:2. At the very least, AGI had a very clear majority. I could be wrong though.

I filled up my bar with Creamy Camembert, and at the end I would say it was about 3:1, IMHP.

Cabin cheese is emmentaler. I put my emmentaler in a mine to age further, so I was wondering if anyone has measured what FEP it gives.

@ Nil

I'm pretty sure each piece gives 10 total FEP, and there's no way to get that with a 3:1 ratio. Perhaps it's more like 7:3 or something which'd be right in the middle of Van and I's guesses.

Anyway, I got some Tasty Emmentaler from the house cheese - 12 total FEP, and it seems to be something like 5 INT 7 CHA. (Definitely more than 4 INT like I thought it was from eating )

I've set Mothzerella around each other rack, and put Camembert in the mine. Kinda feeling under the weather or I woulda built more racks to age the other cheese floating around the house.

EDIT:

Oh, right, can I get the number of slices people have been getting? I got 2 from cellar cheddar, 3 from camembert, and 4 from emmentaler. I'm curious as to whether or not it's randomized at all.

I got three from Camembert, four from mothzarella, and Owen said he got two from cheddar.

Ooh, ooh, tier 2 cheese! Cellar cheddar placed outside becomes Brodgar Blue Cheese! 15 strength, nothing else.
Edit: Got three slices from the tray.

Sweet! I guess 4th stage would end somewhere around 30 str then.

Am I the only one working on this? Anyway, Mothzarella in a basement turns into Harmesan cheese. 2 slices, each of which gives approximately 25 cha 5 black.
