has the server ever taken this long to fix?

When i fuck up something with me computer data, and we are together with friends on teamspeak or something they always suggest me to "format c:", i guess this could help.
So maybe u will fix it by doing that

server is in map saving state so it can't be that long till...

The server is currently shutting down...
Currently saving all maps – 247/518 maps in world 0/11330 saved...
