where? respawn by inherit shouldn't create alts unless you find a way to abuse the system.

Just looked it up. I must have gotten it wrong as I thought you would wilderness spawn on inherits. But won't you be forced to re spawn into wilderness if someone breaks your HF before they kill you? or breaks the pile of wood left behind after your character dies, this might become common practice during raids.

Speaking of claims, do they still refund LP on declaiming?

There have been a fairly large number of changes to claims, and one of them is that they don't refund LP on declaiming. Reclaiming is still a thing, though, so I'm open to change in that question, though making them so that they refund should probably entail only refunding to the same character who originally made the claim.
