I hope no one minds that I begged and whined for larger ovens. I don't know about you but I prefer not having thirty ovens setup so I can do baking for the day.

I guess it depends... If the food mechanics are similar to H&H then 2x2 are indeed quite small. However if for example bread is good for several servings or the cooking times are smaller (I am aware they are unrealistically small as it is) the oven size can prove to be right...

I think the more important news from that facebook update is how in depth things will be compared to haven. haven? Plow plant grow. Salem? You are going to have to fertilize with lime and possibly also compost and Jorb also mentioned leavening his bread so it seems the crafting mechanics are going to be MUCH deeper than Havens.

That sounds good, but the only problem with making "deeper" mechanics, is making sure the interface isn't tedious.

The most important thing is that there needs to be actual choices to make at each step of the crafting process, otherwise it's not depth, just busywork.
