Mysia I'm not shitposting at the moment.
I don't know who you are, I don't care who you are, I know you're an idiot who needs to be taught a thing or two about combat in gaming.

Death needs to be a greater deterrent of violence in this survival game and that is not possible when time invested into a character is not important in the combat system.
This is a great point.
When you make the deciding factor in combat "skill" like the movement backers want, that "skill" is tied to the actual user, the player, and makes the character meaningless. This is entirely counterproductive in a game such as H&H. If you're a proponent of movement combat then why don't you just take it a step further and advocate removal of all combat stats.

I'd rather see spears/halberds designed to penetrate armor and bodkins of course(pyramid shaped iron arrow head designed to puncture steel plate armor)
if they add blunt weapons I'd rather see them not have a lot of armor penetration, but have a special buff that does more damage to armor so it breaks armor quicker.
I think spears/halbards were more used to break up mounted infantry so until/if ever Haven has horses that wouldn't make much sense. (Historically anyway)

That combined with: Your def doesn't autoregen when you're moving. Perfect.
