Of course this is not necessary the case here as well but it might work. (like new SSD needed, 0/160€ atm. might encourage people to throw in few bucks to help out, while if that wouldn't be here they wouldn't even know its needed)

Never donate to streamers, you're supporting lazy pricks who do nothing but have other people watch them play bad games and ask for their money instead of getting a real job, female streamers even more so.

I've always been sceptical about donating to a game dev because I would imagine some of the money they get goes to a big honkin pizza and luxuries rather than directly to game development. I'm sure Jorb and Loftar are more honorable than that but I've never really had a decent amount of clams to spare for a donation to them.

To be fair, those are not mutually exclusive. We have almost no costs for game development apart from keeping us housed and fed. :)

I wish I could hug you and feed you everyday.

Did I say something wrong?
I thought hugs and feeding is a part of healthy development cycle.

I was trying to focus on the donation part, not on the streamer part. And its not about who other person streaming is, but what do you get out of his work (or lazyness if you call it like that). If you watch someone do something and you enjoy it and you learn from it, then I see no reason why you wouldn't give a buck or two for his effort, even tho his effort is actually him having fun. And same goes for Haven, if people saw what efforts needed to be made for some accomplishments, they might shoot their coins into the piggy bank more often.

And if they wanted to make money off of it and make it into a proper living, don't you think they would have implemented that system anyway? They're giving you a free game and yet you find reasons to complain.

I would gladly donate if they would listen to community and don't do things so stubbornly. I still don't like many things in game and waiting for them to fix them. After that I would think about giving them some money. For now it looks like they are doing nothing except playing with haven 2.0 which we don't even see what is going on...

We certainly never did and never will listen to entitled crybabies. If your ambition is to "donate" under such circumstances that Haven has become your game, you can give it up now, before racking up even more frustration waiting for it.
