Well, you do need clay for jars, which hold ink, rustroot, and rennet.
Surprise.

Is there any light-green-in-map forest with all kind of trees? So far I've seen dark pine forest and green plains.

Also, why I can't make a tanning tub? Do I need some level on carpentry? Same for leatherworking, only bear cape and hide cloak available.

There's still a ton of CON FEP from bread, which remains bewildering and annoying. Someday this will be fixed, I'm sure...

bread shouldn't yeild any FEP its shoulld only used to fill you up instead, as eating bread is the only way to maintain a decent food level and only eating this will be bad for other skill

I do wish they'd remove the FEP from bread. Now you can't -NOT- get FEP, even if the food is pitifully low Q. That just WORSENED the problem we had before. The point was that we didn't WANT to have FEP from every food we eat. Much less the most common and easy to make food, Bread.

Get less anal about your stats and you'll be fine, it'll matter far less as time goes on

The point is that I don't want to have 100 Con before I have things set up enough to start raising another, you know. Useful stat, like perception or strength or something. Then the only problem with having the 100 con is that it makes raising another stat all that much harder.

It takes a little more effort but it's still possible. Taproots, tree fruit, and nuts are still FEPless.
