You need the new "The Symbel" skill. See the skill tree for details.

Well. You learn something new every day. :)

It's a pity I don't know the language.

Loftar, I dont get one thing.

How do you connect "Symbel" to eating utensils and table decorations?

Well, the major part of the symbel would be the social gathering for feasting (represented in-game primarily by the bonfire). The prerequisites of setting tables and making utensils for the occasion just seemed to fit under that category when it was under creation anyway. :)

Even if you knew the language it wouldnt mean much. It mentions characters, events and parables that would probably mean nothing to you.
Generally, its about Petar II Petrović-Njegoš and some sort of his visionary/ancestral message to the people of Monte Negro and Serbia.

is this the big update you've been working on recently, or is it just "Stuff 5"?

Stuff 5 is nice, although the logic of that episode is a little far-fetched :P

Obviously, I would think your southern traditions are strange and weird anyway. :) That's no reason not to desire a deeper understanding of them, though.

Theres nothing really strange about it, trust me. Different to some extent, yes. It holds cultural value as any other place on earth.
I agree on desire part, you probably understood my somewhat distanced comment wrongly.
