The only thing I can think of as a proper response to this is a donation to Haven and Hearth, showing a faith in the developers (and an understanding of how this works) that you clearly lack.

Of course I don't have faith in them...

-death means nothing - you can level up several characters OFFLINE and if one dies you just relog to another.
-people are too easy to get away with griefing - see one point up
-bots are still problem, even more now than before with previous style of learning LP
-there are still some game breaking bugs that was never fixed. (we all know which one those are...)
-if you don't have top stats for combat you will probably just die
-PvE combat is kinda OK, PvP combat sucks.
-start of game is badly designed - you need intellect to increase your study storage but there is not enough intellect FEP food at start. - there are only blueberries and fish at the moment and blueberries start to sucks pretty fast and fishes are too fast depleted and at start too low quality.
-there should be much more variety for gear and weapons
-quality system should be redesigned
-nodes should change as now someone just claims something and there you can't get to high quality water, soil, clay,... except being "slave" to them. Or maybe a way to increase quality of resources around you in some way would be nice.
-russians should not be allowed to play the game or make them separate server to play on.
-being and hermit means you can't progress in game as you will be griefed sooner or later.
-palisades are too easy to destroy
...

List would go on and on... many times those concerns were discussed on forum and nothing really changed much.

Nummy i agree in certain points and i guess most of us do and Devs know it and prolly are concerned, discussing how to make it better and try hard

I'm going to pick up some to make my persaonal opinions replies

-bots are still problem, even more now than before with previous style of learning LP

Where there's code there will be bots - otherwise you'd have to have a closed source which would mean Loftar would have to code a good client aswell (which prolly is never good enough to suit everyone) and it would take away a big plus of HnH
Most Bots are used to be productive unlike as it was before with bucket or loom "woods"

-there are still some game breaking bugs that was never fixed. (we all know which one those are...)

Do we all know gamebreaking bugs - i don't think so - probably you should make a list and post them - maybe there are even ones Loftar doesn't know ;)

-start of game is badly designed - you need intellect to increase your study storage but there is not enough intellect FEP food at start. - there are only blueberries and fish at the moment and blueberries start to sucks pretty fast and fishes are too fast depleted and at start too low quality.

I won't agree on this - sure i wouldn't mind if there was another Int food for beginners - but i never had problems with getting my Int up with blueberries while i got my Personal Beliefs up (and all of my Alts where living on their own the first days)

-being and hermit means you can't progress in game as you will be griefed sooner or later.

I haven't been griefed this world and i haven't been griefed last world.

-quality system should be redesigned
-nodes should change as now someone just claims something and there you can't get to high quality water, soil, clay,... except being "slave" to them. Or maybe a way to increase quality of resources around you in some way would be nice.

This is ok - not really neccesary in my view but i wouldn't mind as i know a lot of ppl think it should be changed

-russians should not be allowed to play the game or make them separate server to play on.

This is nationalists crap and BS - i wouldn't want Australians, Canadians or USAmericans exluded because i had bad experiences with some of them and on the other hands mainly good experiences with russians or koreans ... and when it comes to exploiters or account stealing i'd say "ban them" equal what nation they're from ...

My main point is: the more pressure we drop on them the less we get a game we like - i'm not sure whether i'll like the 2,5D but it's up to jorb and Loftar to decide what they do and i'm free to check it out - and also to like or dislike it - i played Salem for a while and didn't like it so i just stopped to play it ...

I see where some of you are coming from, but honestly how can you have faith? Faith in what exactly? They stopped development of this game for a long time to work on Salem, they received donations and cash shop money as well and what did it all go towards? The development of a shittier version of Haven? Not really I suppose considering the game never really took off and we're obviously all aware that they sold it (more money, but going towards what).

So now they're back again and working on Haven 2 and you're telling me that's enough for you to donate? You guys don't require even the slightest bit of information as to what's going on? If the pictures they have posted are what you'd consider to be "keeping us up to date" then I guess donating on that basis is your prerogative but don't try and make others feel bad just because we feel differently.

Despite the fact this is their "hobby" or their "baby" or whatever you want to call it, without players to either donate or just simply test out the game it's kind of a fruitless endeavor.

I'm not one who normally uses the term "sheeple" but that's the vibe I get from some of you who jump to defend our friendly neighbourhood developers any chance you can get.

i dont need faith. i donate for the server they regularly have to pay for, which im sure its not enough, maintenance, and the game they have already built up. i dont care where the donation directly goes either, they can buy ice creams or books or green tea or whatever related or unrelated to developing. we all know they have been paying for this game to run for long and have spent lots of time on this that they could have spent on other things instead anyways. besides, devs shouldnt be working like korean esports players nor chinese gold farmers. hobby or work, they should be having their fun as much as we have/had fun with this game.

if you dont like the current situation, just give it up for now and leave, and dont waste both your time and theirs. you are only suffocating yourself by complaining and you know that. we all have heard what you wanted to say unless you have something totally new. and i see nothing new coming from you lately, kaios.

To elaborate on that, whatever reason you have for donating is fine and I'm not saying you shouldn't. Like I said, it's pointless to try and make others feel bad because they require a little more effort for their money. I'm not trying to complain about anything they are doing currently or the progress they may or may not be making, that was not the point of my post.

This is dumb, I begun by calling out loftar for being a meanie but you guys always get carried away by the things I post so I have to respond in kind. It's not my fault said content is 'nothing new'

you are choosing to make yourself feel bad by your own posts. nobody else is. you know you arent forced or being blamed.
you dont generally go to every donation party to talk about why you dont donate.
