I don't think they consider hafen and haven to really be separate things, hafen is just an update to haven. So i'd be surprised to see another world of the current haven. It'd be like if they made a pre curio world to run at the same time as world 5+.

You know what theyre doing in "hafen"? fixing stuff.
Current one is coded so badly that its almost impoosible to fix. Wake up from your dreams. Current haven is probably not gonna continue.
Theres so much stuff to fix that its probably easier to do what they have done now (recode whole thing). Maybe we can get updates more often for this one if code is more understandable for writers of it.

loftar stated different times that haven code is old and obsolete - hafen is coded new, one purpose of coding new was to make it easier to change, fix and update - he also stated that there will be no new world with old haven code ... world 7 will run for a while parallel 'till playerbase and hardware dried out ... (which prolly won't happen on 21st ... )

funny enough when "end of the world in one week" guys ask for the possibility reverting to old code for a new world ... safety net anyone ?!?

Ain't gun' happen. It's not just that the current Haven's code has no future, but that the current code is its future. As far as the server-side of things are concerned, this is the path we would have taken regardless of Salem or anything else. If there's something broken with the new Haven, the solution must necessarily be to fix that, rather than trying to revive zombie code.
