well when I first found H&H it was through a wiki. on the sidebar they had different game wikis and how active in percentages they were at the moment. for a solid month the H&H wiki fluctuated between 188% and 300 and somethin %. so I clicked the it and found H&H and my life was changed forever.

what about a moneybookers and neteller account loftorb? cant donate cuz paypal... seriously is trash.

You can always go with an outside company like VM

The API is as simple as paypal - just a call-response and I think they are cheaper on their percentage of the transfer.

I haven't read all the posts so it may of been mentioned, but sometimes you can get sponsers for servers. A few minecraft servers run like this and loads of SourceMods exist purely because of this.
