guys i had an idea listen to this we dont want places unassailable just because their walls happen to be adjacent to water. but instead of adding more terraforming or cliff removal or floating rams or simply preventing walls themselves from being built next to water/swamp tiles - instead of any of that, lets make walls require pavement and have it so you cannot pave near water/swamp, what do you think? too roundabout a solution and/or incovenient for everyone else?
