I agree. The only reason I say its less dangerous (which is a stretch) is because if you fight back with a character with 1/4 of someone's UA it may take them like 1 or 2 more seconds to kill you, though either way I think you should be running in which case it doesn't matter. Which is less dangerous if only by the most basic definitions.
