Boar Tusk Snuff only lasts 15 seconds? Seems a bit low to me, as that's an attack or two at the most. Not quite worth it for the effort.

The effect could potentially had a hundred strength. Though only for 15 seconds, that's quite a big effect.

On that note: Anyone got poppies seeds I can have some of?

Has anyone else noticed an unusually high amount of lag since this update was put into effect?

From what I can tell, it started a bit earlier than that. Apache seems to be hitting even harder lately -- I'd really need to move it to a second machine. I should also probably migrate the forum database from sqlite to mysql, since it seems sqlite is eating quite a bit of I/O bandwidth.

Interesting Interaction

Postby kobnach » Sat Sep 12, 2009 11:42 pm

So, this afternoon I got trashed by some animals a bit large for me. I killed one, then ran for it. While I tried to get away, my leather armor was destroyed - including my boots. So there I was, with a thorn in my foot, on top of the damage being done to me. Talk about adding insult to injury. And thank the god(s) one can log off and get away while unconscious, give the way critters seem to camp unconscious people recently.

There's actually a few seconds between gaining consciousness and the beasts aggroing again, I can usually get away pretty well, unless there's more than one.
