Maintenence: 2009-09-27 01:00 UTC, Web server downtime

Just to let you know, I'll be migrating the phpBB database from sqlite to MySQL later tonight, and to make sure all database locks are released, I'll need to bring the whole web server down. I won't shut down the game server, so technically, you'll be able to keep playing, but the minimap will stop working (since it's served over HTTP), and if your client needs to download some resource that it hasn't already cached, it will crash and burn.

Hopefully, it won't take long, but who knows. Either way, this fix should improve the forum performance a lot.

So there, it seems to be working now, and I think I got all the forum data over as it should be. It wasn't entirely trivial, though, so please tell me if the forum does something unusually strange.
