It seems system need total clean-up because my friends users are ok but his chars are deleted the interesting part is that hit land claim is still standing

Your friend got killed while he was offline after leaving scents/not logging out in a secure location and therefore willfully handing his anus over to the nearest bear, boar, or player-killer.. It has nothing to do with the "system being cleaned up", numb-nuts.

Noup, he was in his own claim witch is covered with walls and in his own house. When i logged in HnH homepage recognized his chars and after page refresh they all were disappeared. Even if his 12 characters in three different account all were killed his claim is still standing but there is no possibility of inheritance available

There are no chars showing on all of his 3 accounts pages ?!?

There are no Inherit Runestones for all 3 accounts ?!?

He can't log in with any of his chars of his 3 accounts ?!?

You aren't trolling ?!?

And his claim is still standing. I'm not trolling...

First time when he logged in on HnH homepage chars were visible but could not be opened just said that this site can't be found when tryed to open them.
After page refresh they all disappered.

He died. On death your character disappears. Make a new character and in the character creation room there should be a runestone with your ancestors information in it. Use that to inherit your old possessions, such as claims. Claims do not disappear on death.

In some cases players had multiple accounts and logged into the wrong one and freaked themselves out. This happens a lot more often then you'd think.
