You're slow on the uptake, eh? Paradox dropped Salem, they have taken a hiatus from development there and are now back here. Did you not see the skull throne?

As i understand dev's post skull update wasnt really new. Most of it was done quite time ago but wasn't implemented on public game server. So they just update public game server with some changes they done on test version long time ago.
