I'm not sure if this question has already been fielded but can we select which items to withdraw from a pile or is it in the order that we put them in? Primarily asking if we can pull the q100 boards out of the mess of q10 boards.

You cannot. I suggest you only load up q100 boards next to a building site if that's what you want to use for it. ;)
