Looks great.

If you turn on AA, shadows and cell shading on in salem enders client - it looks very similiar.

inb4 once again people play on ugliest settings possible, and then complain that game doesn't look as nice as haven 1.

The bane of a 3D developer... Spend $20 million on artists and modelers, create game that looks beautiful on quad Titans, have to sell it to the guys who's whole computer cost less than half the price of one of those cards, then listen to them complain the game looks like shit. Moral of the story: go back to consoles you whores for the GPU industry.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

Gameplay > graphics. Hence the 3d = suck.
W8 - Hermitage
W7 - Emerald City
W6 - Gomorrah
W5 - Pandemonium
W4 - Angkor
W3 - Angkor

I simply think its a waste to design a game that is only viewed best at the top end. One should always appeal to the greatest number unless your game is purely about art. Ive seen some beautiful games that wasted all tha tmoney on graphics but rushed content so the game did not fare well.

Well, to be fair, it's not like 3D graphics don't affect gameplay at all, with eg. the ability to rotate things, and also our ability to add clothes, creatures and stuff far more easily.

Will this new hafen be a 3D game, or only a 2D game with height?

Can you give us any idea what the terraforming will be like?
