Game Development: Wardrobes

Postby loftar » Mon Nov 30, 2009 1:30 am

I just had a little fun for myself and added wardrobes.

Wardrobes can be built from boards, and have three slots, each of which holds an entire character equipment. Click on one of the slots to exchange your current equipment for the one stored there, quite simply.

Since Jorb is asleep, they are using the cupboard graphics for now, but I hope he'll be able to do a better one soon. Be aware that its bounding box may change.

Enjoy!

EDIT: You'll need to have your client updated for the UI to work properly.

The cupboard graphic seems fine to me, with maybe a bit of tweaking to make it distinguishable from the cupboards themselves.

This is rather useful....I may devote an entire mansion to this purpose if it's done correctly. Unfortunately I dont possess 3 merchant robes for every one of my villagers but it's an easy workaround.
