though there are many others on many levels...nothing compares to the "ninja nerf" to stain a games reputation (most recent example. Atlantica after 5 months of ninja nerfs = 80% loss of player base and an irrecoverable reputation and revenue.) Of course theirs was driven by the sickest form of greed which backfired in a real big way...LOL But it is a lesson learned for other games on various levels.

Well... we didn't really try to hide it. There was a nerf, and merry Christmas!

merry christmas jorb and loftar, i have made a fairly sizeable donation. by accepting my donation you agree to the following terms:
1. no more nerfing of anything ever! i know it's "your" game and all, since you made it, but what you don't realize is that by letting us play it, it's become "our" game, so you guys don't get to make decisions anymore, you have to do everything that we, the players, tell you to do! so go ahead and change the cows back to 2k LP each, and make bears stop running from people shooting them from boats! and give everyone a gold mine and make cavebulbs spawn 100x more and make silk and steel only take an hour to produce! thanks in advance for that!
2. GET FREAKING BETTER SERVERS!!!!! seriously this game crashes more than it's up?! come on guys, it's simple and easy to fix these crashes, just make it auto-reboot after the crashes ffs!
3. stop adding new content! all the content you add is just unbalancing the game further! and causing more bugs!
4. make people stop being so mean! this community sucks and trade never happens! people are griefing people by claiming land and having trees on their claim! and then other people come and destroy or steal stuff on unclaimed land, or so i've read!
5. some more exclamation points!!!
