And it happened again. I logged now to get the seeds (they had to be ready now) and another rack is disappeared. This is becoming quite annoying, now.

Yeah, all the other changes I like but the WWW I think is ass. Preferred ye olde method of scouring the countryside looking for the right crops you didn't have while doing some nice exploration. Now you just wander around aimlessly looking for a WWW and then pray and hope it's the one you want when you dry it.

I've tried 36 WWWs. Around 15 of those are from reletively long distance traveling to figure out where the river systems for my super grid are, which is quite a distance away, along with crossing a massive distance to see if I could get a hold of someone. I've gotten grapes(my area), some hemp, hops, flax, tea and 1 carrot seed.

Exactly how far is someone supposed travel to get an effective seed spread?

They were on paved, that's the matter.
Anyway a friend has done an alchemist table, so the problem is resolved for me.

The idea behind WWW isn't bad, it's a "this could be anything!" seed, and that can be useful. Unfortunetly the problem is that it's the only way to get what you need, and it's either slightly localised so that doesn't make it a truely "anything" seed... or is so randomised (read: truely random) the chances of getting what you want are perminately set at some pathetic 1-in-x, where x is the total number of plant seeds.

If a single plant of whatever type was able to be found in appropriate terrain like tap roots or chantrelles are in forests (ex; a lone poppy plant would appear in barrens) as had been suggested many times along with a "no 0% chance on anything" WWW, this problem and the situations it creates would be easilly prevented/solved.

How about simply giving us 4 wheat seeds instead of 4 bread loaves at startup?
Would fix the retarded alt-bread feeding that some loonies keep talking about too.

One can live just fine for some weeks/months without tea, poppies, grapes or pumpkins, but wheat/straw is at the root of too many production trees.
