Could we get announcements strictly for dev posts and then have a temporary associated discussion thread in the Inn that the mods can fully mod? After trying to read through the most recent thread from loftar, I am just completely pissed at all the trash comments (uselesss chatter, off topic posts, etc.) in it that, in reality, should be a candidate for immediate deletion.

something definitely needs to be done, but i don't know if that would be an acceptable solution. i wish there was some downvoting feature here or something.

Even worse is people bumping old announcement threads.

He has a really poor history and he has left a lot of negative feelings in mods. There is a point where someone has pushed too many small things too far and has run out of floor to stand on. Yes, any individual instance of his posting wasn't so bad that it deserved to be banned but overall he was a acting as a terrible member of the community.

Please don't ask me to pull up the examples of this as he has so many goddamn alt accounts to sift through. Not that you cannot find plenty on his main account but there is substantially more.

Yup, all five of my 'horrible alts' 3 of them were for trading, one was for asking to join villages, and one wasn't even mine. Out of all of those only like one was in use. So before I log on to find the whole reason behind my ban was one word : popfor I want to be able to speak directly to someone who is doing the moderation. Because honestly, if I get banned for that, people like coles and pain probably deserve life bans, and the only reason they don't have said bans is because they are said "popular". I had 5 posts tops of all of those alts besides my main alt. Yes, I have trolled, but I rarely derail threads (on purpose at least) or any of this other excessive stuff you mentioned. Even though I do understand where you are coming from, you falsely justified a completely unreasonable ban. For the truth of what you were speaking a three day ban would be sufficient in my opinion.

Oh, well if that's all then I'll outline the reason for the bans. The reasoning I left was fully justified and your post history outlines it.
You have been warned on multiple occasions by 4 separate moderators. You have been banned by 3 separate moderators. A quick skim of your recent posting history leads to such wonderful comments and threads such as:
viewtopic.php?f=29&t=27875
viewtopic.php?f=4&t=27726
viewtopic.php?f=15&t=27647
viewtopic.php?f=7&t=27562

You have a long history of thread necroing even after being asked to stop. You have a long history of moot posts. You have a long history of antagonizing others and pushing blame onto others. You and your alts/friends (it is very difficult to tell with you four[?] as you seem to handle each others accounts whenever you please) have bombed threads with spam and shitposts out of boredom. I wouldn't even say that you have the intent or malice that other posters tend to have as your antics are always inane.

How others post and what their behavior nets them is not your business. The users that you have mentioned have been warned, banned, and talked to privately on occasion in the past.

At this point, no one feels much obligation to contact you directly and let you know that your continued behavior in this manner is going to net you trouble. As always, if you feel the need to contact a moderator with concerns, you can do so on the forums. As long as you keep discussion to pms, it will not net you any trouble for ban evasion.

The reason encompassing your bans has never been for being 'popfor.' The reason has been that you work tirelessly to make the name popfor synonymous with being a blight on the forum community.

You're really grasping at straws here. 90% of the posts on the forums are as bad or worse than those.

Doesn't make popfor any less wrong for intentionally posting thost thread. If there are worst post, the report button works.
