It was long enough to tell if you were part of the corrupted area.

So, X is -west, +east, Y is +south, -north?

Slizyboy wrote:If you make the center of the world be the center of C3, and a supergrid is 5000x5000, and assuming standard Cartesian coordinates, then the affected areas are:

  • (4000, 6000) - (5000, 7000) : Chunk close to bottom right of C2
  • (9000, 8000) - (10000, 9000) : Chunk in mid-bottom middle of D2
  • (11000, 6000) - (12000, 7000) : More bottom, more right of D2 than previous chunk
  • (-2000, -8000) - (-1000, -7000) : Chunk in top right of C4
  • (-3000, 3000) - (-2000, 4000) : Middle of upper left quadrant of C3
  • (-5000, 4000) - (-4000, 5000) : Top Left corner of C3

Besides being inverted, I don't think this is quite right. If the center of C3 is 0, 0 then, (-5000, 4000) - (-4000, 5000), for instance, would be near the center of D2.

Oops - my original math had supergrids being 2500x2500, and I did C3 correctly - then I realized they're 5k by 5k, so I extended C3 to going from (-5000,-5000) to (5000,5000) - which is 10k by 10k

Correction:
  • (4000, 6000) - (5000, 7000) : Chunk close to bottom middle of D4.
  • (9000, 8000) - (10000, 9000) : Top middle of E5.
  • (11000, 6000) - (12000, 7000) : Bottom mid right of E4, close to 'F4'.
  • (-2000, -8000) - (-1000, -7000) : Middle top left of C2 / Middle bottom left of C1.
  • (-3000, 3000) - (-2000, 4000) : Right middle top of B4 / Left middle top of C4.
  • (-5000, 4000) - (-4000, 5000) : Mid B4
  • Edit: (2000, -7000) - (3000, -6000) : Top mid right C2 / Top mid left D2

These are more about correct, maybe off by one macrogrid in direction.

Is there still lag time on the server, I just logged in, the cabin my character is in, is fine but when you right click on the cupboards it opens a small window behind the items, it's hard to click the "X" to close them, and when I leave the cabin everything appears to have disappeared but I didn't stay on long enough to explore. Do we need to allow the server time to reboot everything back or did my characters log out in one of those map areas that got bugged? Just curious for the stones are still there.
