No, I just meant that you need cave clay to make it -- you can't make it just from bones.

Ah, I gotcha. Still, some people (cough me cough) would probably build one just to say they have an oven made out of bears.

Acre Clay seems to have a direct connection with Ball Clay in rivers/water sources.

If you have a clay node in a river and a mudflat is nearby, you'll find acre clay in that mudflat in a radial pattern (as with all resources) corresponding to that Ball Clay node.

I am not sure whether or not sweetspots have moved now, but certainly if you have a mudflat next to a high q node, maybe there is an even sweeter spot in that mud flat.

Try it right next to the river. From the way the post is worded, I'm guessing you have q10-11 clay in that mudflat on the riverbank, no clay in the shallows, and as you go further inland it grows to q43? Otherwise I'm reading the update wrong.

Yes, i was going further inland until reached that 43q spot. Can't check that river again now, I'm too far already.

Btw:

Feldspar harvesting depends on your industry/nature too, it wasnt stated at first post. I got nothing from this one.
