What is the quietest, most boring part of the map?

I'm on that southeast little peninsula (?) right at the end of the map, there are a couple of settlements but I've only ran into anyone in two occasions. Very nice, very quiet.

"Midrabbit" seems to be the most unsafe. A lot of the early world kills have been on that continent. Southern continent is generally pretty unsafe as well, veggie gang allegedly ganks it every now and then + some major factions being settled there. Today is the first time I ever hear of anything bad from the northeastern continent, so I'd wager it's generally pretty safe besides that mishap. Northwestern continent (the one shaped like Northrend) seems to be safe too, I don't recall hearing about any fights occurring up there. No idea what the western continent is about.

Edit: Never mind: Apparently these guys viewtopic.php?f=62&t=64575 are on the northwestern continent. I didn't play much in W10, but apparently they are pretty aggressive.
