What is the quietest, most boring part of the map?

NE is definitely the most desolate and boring place in the world right now though, central western is fairly populated but pretty tame.

no part of the map is currently boring, wrong/correct timing and it can make a whole difference in your world. i found both friendly and aggressive people on each continent. especially if you wear some nice warrior gear, you can be sure someone will want to rip it off your butt.
