No one knows until the devs decide.

As a new player you are totally safe to start learning how to play the game tbh, don't worry too much about reset because it's much more likely that that reset won't be until a handful of months from now.

So yea basically atm it's probably more likely to reset sometime next year than it would be this year, but again, no one knows with absolute certainty, prob not even the devs themselves as they are still doing a lot of testings.

I'd kind of say that W12 won't come until client rendering rewrite is done, except I said the same thing about W11 launch...
